Bench Show Apprentice - Ok at RQE Show?

We have an RQE show coming up. We have a limited amount of judges, and depending who it is I was planning on sitting it out and trying to get my apprenticing done (Have to have wins under different judges) Also even if I qualified, I wouldn't go to the World Show anyways.


So here is my question can I apprentice at our RQE Show? I can't find anything in the rules.
