International Cancer Day
Today is International Cancer Day. Im an 8 year survivor. That was the hardest 4 years of "my" life getting over it. I was 30 and beat Hodgkin's Disease. I feel very blessed and know it. I hunted most nites, that was the only exercise I got and really helped me through it.
How many other survivors are with us that are able to hunt, or not hunt? How old are you and what type did you, or do you have? Talking about it helps me cope, and I enjoy helping others going through it.
I have a 15 year old friend of the family that is on his last leg with brain cancer. Prayers will help Colby.

PRAYERS for COLBY
and for all cancer sufferers! Not a survivor myself but touched many times by cancer as it has taken All deceased relatives on my fathers side including him.... He was a survivor of colon cancer and then prostate...but hodgkins or non hodgkins(brain cramp)... took him at 77. My cousin who is about 50 now survives skin cancer... and his sister(also my cousin...duh) is a Malignant melanoma survivor for many years now....
I pray strongly for a cure and prevention for ALL cancers!
Bless you, Lee, for your willingness to share and to help others!
Heather
