puppy papers ?

My application for perm. registration says that it expires 8/25/03 im kinda short on cash right now. Does this mean i cant get her registered & her pedigree ever? I'd sure would like to see where she came from.

NO YOU CAN REG. THE PUPPY LATER ON BUT IT IS SO MUCH MORE SIMPLY NOW. LATER THERE IS MORE PAPERWORK AND MORE MONEY. MY ADVICE IS TO REG. NOW AND SAVE THE HEADACHES.BUT I UNDERSTAND SHORTAGE OF MONEY IT HAPPENS TO ME EVERY WEEK.
