-- Beagle lost its voice?? (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=227905)
What would cause a dog to loose its bark??
What would cause this? She is about 16 months old and just started running her own rabbits. I haven't noticed her doing much barking at home. She started sounding like this a couple of days before she ran her first rabbit, that was on Labor Day and I thought she was sounding better but now her bark is really nothing more than a squeek. What can I do for her?

could be wrong
had a coonhound about 5 years ago do this and he had heart worms. If you catch it soon enough it can be taken care of a heart worm test at the vet is pretty cheap. I would look into it.
