Information Please

Just out of curiousity, could any of you tell me how rare or common it is to have black puppies come from two full blooded redbones? I don't hunt. I have no knowledge of the sport. My pleasure pet is a full blooded redbone who came from full blooded redbones. Yet, he is black, with some red spots on him. Just curious about this subject....any information is appreciated.
