have a question about wins

i have a female that i made nt ch. i called and ukc said she only showed 2 win. but i know i had more. so i found 4 win slips but on one of the slips it shows she is a nt ch in front of her name but top of slip say's registered 5 th place.look down at bottom of slip there is no club id # OR date of any kind and i don't remember what club we won it at. is there any way that i can send it to ukc and see if they look in to it and try to safe this win for my female. thanks ronald rudd.

I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH MY FEMALE HAS A 1 & 3& 6 & 4 UKC DOES NOT HAVE RECORD OF 4TH PLACE SO ON RECORD SHE NEEDS 10 MORE POINTS THE 4TH WAS HER FIRST CAST WIN
