Marshall collar

I have a question. I ordered a new lighted tracking collar from Marshall on the 17th of July, I called yesterday and they said they shipped it out on the 24th and I should recieve it on the 30th or 31st. They ship by UPS. I live in MN. I've never ordered anything that took this long from anyone else. I paid by credit card. Is this slow? Maybe I misunderstood and they said Pony Express not UPS. LOL!

Maybe they were sold out of them. I called about a ordering a receiver the other day and they were sold out of everything.
