Tracking system

I am looking to purchase a tracking system. I have found some that either have a recharegeable battery or you send them back when the batteries die and the company replaces the battery some input on which is better would be appreciated.

It just depends on if you want to carry extra batteries or not.The replacable battery system should be able to be done by you. Myself I don't want the hassle so I have a rechargable one.
