Name Change

If I was going to change a female's name that is bred therefore to show the new name on the pups papers would I be ok to wait and send the paperwork in with the pups' registration or would I need to send it in before that?

Thanks,
Stephen L. Browning

GOD BLESS!!!!

Name change

Yes, you may send in the name change of the dam (as long as the dog has not earned a title from UKC) along with the litter registration application. Include a note stating that you wish for the name change of the dam to reflect on the Temporary Registration Certificates, or "puppy papers", and we will happily process the name change first. You will then receive the new Permanent Registration / Three-Generation Pedigree of the dam along with the new Temporary Registration Certificates for your litter, all showing the new name of the dam.

Congratulations on your new litter, and we look forward registering your pups!
