Clean out message box,

how do I do it?Thanks in advance

Cleaning out

I learned from experience that you have to delete everything...from sent messages and deleted messages and even the ones that have been tracked. There is a little box on the right hand side that you can click (will mark with a check) and the click delete or stop tracking and so on.....
