Fred Moran the Redbone Man on TV

As well as being a coonhunter as many know Fred is a Dog Catcher/ Enforcement Officer here in SW Pa. A child was bitten up pretty bad and Fred is tasked with trying to find the culprit... He was interviewed on the news..
