i mailed my papers in at the end of jan. i called and was told that my check wasent in with the papers so i payed over the phone i was told they where mailed out two weeks ago Monday and i still havent seen them the dogs name is main street lacy i am missing out on bench shows and hunts I dont understand whats going on but i think all of feb. without a phone call telling my check was missing or lost and three weeks after i pay by phone is a little long to wait please let me know whats going on last time i called they told me some other people that papers where mailed out the same day as mine didnt receive there papers either my name is David Corwin from Franklin Ohio please any help would be great thanks

The papers were sent out on March 5th. I would expect you to receive them this week. Please let us know if you have not received them by the time the mail runs this Thursday.

still no papers

i have papers on corwins fasttimes brook and they were done on march 13 but i still do not have papers on main sreet lacy so please look under the desk or something because they should be here if they were sent on the 5th and brooks was done on the 13th brookes papers were done 8 days later and i have them thanks

I must have been looking at a different dog when I said the papers were mailed out on the 5th...I apologize for the mistake...Lacey's papers were processed and mailed back to you this past Monday, the 19th.

still havent came why where they just mailed this past mon. when i paid over the phone 3 weeks ago and i mailed them at the end of jan. i had to call ukc in march to see what was going on thats when i fond out my check was lost so i paid over the phone and told the lady i think her name is jo ann if check was fond to mail it back thinking this was taken care of then/ most of the time i get papers back with in 4 to5 days after they are prossessed by ukc i will keep a watch for them hope they show up soon thanks ond brookes papers wasnt even prossed until the 13 of march so they couldnt ben mailed on the 5th so please do more research before u reply i dont think u made a mistake i think u are covering one up for somebody thank agin

Sir, as I stated, I made a mistake when I told you the wrong date. I'm NOT covering for anyone. We are currently working further behind than we normally are. This is why it's taking longer than normal to get your papers back. I answer all of these posts as honestly and to the point as I can. We are currently working about 8 business days out. Your papers are on their way.

still havent seen them on main street lacy 2 months and 8 days seems like along time to wait please see what u can do so i dont miss out anymore thanks how long do i wait before i ask for a refund this should have never happend it is very upsetting to have a good breed dog and leave her on the box instead of going to the events i have never ben to a pkc event in my life but they did get me her pappers back in 3 weeks any help talk to your boss or give me his number or email thanks for any help

i have ben told 3 different time they were mailed on three different dates and i have ben patient so please find out what is going on i called the other day and they said they were mailed and still havent seen my papers i was told it had to do with her performance program so please make sure they were mailed to me before u reply thank agin she is in heat now so i cant do any thing with her for about 3 weeks hoping i have them by then thanks agin i do have copies of what i sent to u if needed

Sir: If you look at our previous posts, you will notice that you never once mentioned that you were having the dog nominated into the Performance Program...For me to give you the most accurate answer you need to give me ALL of the information as to exactly what you were having us do. The papers were processed on the 19th as I mentioned before, however the performance nomination was done on the 22nd and your papers were mailed out to you on the 23rd.

still not here and please dont try to make me sound at fault for this i have sent other papers in got them back and they were por. program any one that looks at the tranaction on the papers i sent would know this an i paid the money for it twice so just get the papers to me thank u very much most of the time in the 22year i have delt with ukc i havent had a problem do u have new management

I'm not trying to make you sound at fault for anything. I'm just letting you know that the papers were sent. Once they leave our office, they are in the hands of the postal system. We must give the postal system 30 days from the time we sent the papers out for you to receive them, or for them to be returned to us before we can issue another set of papers. They are on their way.

i will let u know on the 23rd if they havent showed this is the worst luck i have ever had they should had made it here by now see what happens thanks how long do i wait after 30 days before they will be sent out agin

After the 30 days, just fill out a duplicate application and send it in to us and then we'll process it and send you another set of papers.
