Clyde

That color most likely comes from ole Clyde.
He had a real light colored head.
The way those pups are bred, they should be some GO YONDER dogs!!!
Ole Clyde was well known for gettin lost!!! But when you found him he usually had two lookin down!!!!

He is doing well, he was running and treeing his own at 8 months and hasnt looked back since. he gets better and better every drop. He runs with a squall/bawl on track which has gotten deeper and more of a bawl with age. he is one of the hardest tree dogs i have ever seen. he is chopping with every breathe and throwing several triples in there. The only thing i dislike about him is that he is crazy on the tree. jumping, climbing and doing back flips. which is also calming down as he gets a little older.

his mom is one of larry brooks' hounds, snake hollow tick. i only have his pkc papers in front of me and i dont see and big name hounds on it on the bottom side but all of them have money won pkc or pup earnings so they were all at least decent hounds or threw good pups.
