nite light

would like to know what the people who have bought nite lights new led cap light think of it

Posted by michael.magorian on 04-16-2013 01:34 AM:

When I first got into the sport, I listened to several older people talk about Nite Lite as the premier hound hunting company. I spent way too much money with them and the only product I purchased from them that did what is was supposed to was a hat, and nothing else.

Their products are Chinese made junk.

Their customer service is piss poor at best.

I honestly cannot say enough bad things about that company.

There are plenty other good companies, that sell American made products that they will stand behind, to choose from. Nite Lite sold out quality to greed, and there is no reason to do business with them.

I can well remember the time nite light sold the best coonhunting light that money could buy. THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE.

i can remember when i graduated from a 4v wheat light to the nite lite 6v I thought i was in the big leagues. The old nite lites where the lite to have but it seems that is not the case any longer. man that has been many years ago.

i bought a lite of the net at amazon for $23.00 i have had this lite a few months now. i wont b wearing my nite lite or blazer again. i hunt most ever nite of the week. its lite, the small battery last a couple nite before needing recharged when it starts going dead i just pull a battery outta my pocket n switch um. its a led lite so no bulb problems. it has a focus on it that can widden or narrow the lite beam. i can c the top of most trees very well but some lites r brighter.

Don't buy a Nite Lite product!
Way too many coonhunters developing, testing, and actually using their own light to be giving your hard-earned cash to a business that has forsaken the coonhunter. Ain't a hunter one that works for them, their quality control is sub-standard, and any light they put on the market is either Chinese junk or twenty years behind the competition's technology.

Look at it this way, would you buy a truck bulit by a plumber? A television in a fruitstand? That's exactly what you're doing when you buy from Nite Lite. Buying a product built by people that don't know how it is gonna be used, sold by someone that's never strapped a light on, and warrantied by people who don't know your name.
Not for me...

Just saying I have never had a problem and good customer service they sent me a charger when mine broke for free I would never run down there product.

Pretty sure you got some bad info. Nite Lite doesn't sponsor anything for us and we run a club in the same town they're in. They have donated stuff in the past, but it was like pulling teeth to get it, and they usually gave us refurbs.
They gave us three lights once, and only one of the three worked. It was kinda embarrassing to have hunters show up to compete for a broke, used light...
