Holmesville Hunt

I had a great time at the hunt today. Thanks Vicky for guiding and judging. We ran some rabbits but the snow was over the dogs backs for the most part. Had Fun Anyway........Also wanted to add that Vicky's son Brad and his buddy Kurt was along on the cast and they couldnt get around in the brush and snow near as good as Vicky....LOL......Sorry Guys had to put that.....Thanks Again

LOL had fun spectating your male did a real nice job. It's not that i can't go through the brush she just want to a lot more besides I was just enjoying watching those bench hounds work the feild.

Thanks to the guys on registered cast smooth cast just didn't have much cooperation from the bunnys staying up thanks to Scott for getting us on them.

Thanks to all who showed up, didn't know we had that many stupid LOL ........ I MEAN........... "DEDICATED" beaglers around Holmes county, But Thanks to all of you if you wouldn't have showed up I wouldn't have gotten a first place win. Cast sure wasn't real impressive but had fun, Wish we had a vidio of the rabbit ears running through the snow LOL!!!!!! Results ..... 4 reg dogs 1st went to CH GOTTA GO I GO owned by Scott or JD Fluhart, 2 HBCH came back with minus, Show best female Touchstones Amazing Angel,Dan Mazalic. best male Chumneys Shenango Rock Star, Jordan Shaffer. Champion winner and Best of Breed CH GRHBCH Touchstones Sure Shot Shilo, Dan Mazalic. Thanks Again EVERYONE

Hey Scott I think we set a record for handlers on the ground. How many casts do you see handlers making snow angels...LOL.. This weekend hunt was fun, congrats Scott on your win. Jordon and I had trouble getting the spectators to keep up. Oh well sounds like next weekend will be as bad.

Scott, I think you can say Dedicated/Stupid........but at least we who showed up had the nerve to run our dogs...LOL Had a great time thanks again, and I am sure I will see you Dedicated ones this weekend.

I enjoyed the hunt! Registererd dogs worked hard to jump em but had a tough time keeping them going or getting them to run. Put Shiloh in the show even though no other Grands showed up to run against. He won Best Of Breed but again he will not get any top 10 points because he didn't run in the hunt. Therefore even though he has proven that he is a quality rabbit dog, he did not satisfy the hunt criteria to earn top 10 points. Was a donation to the club! Gotta keep those lights on!

Vicki, Dan didn't run his Grand he couldn't talk me into running in that sh-- AGAIN lol!!!! So with Shilo being the only Grand there it was not worth running by himself

MOE put your REAL name up and tell me why it matters WHO judged, It was judged right and my dog got lucky enough to push a rabbit that 3 of us saw to a hole, thus recieving 100+ and with the 50- she took earlier left a total of 50+, Atleast myself and 3 others had the BALLS & DOG POWER to show up and RUN. Not sit at home try to stir trouble

Kurt told me he enjoyed the hunt Scott and to tell you all thanks he said he learned a lot. If this snow melts a little we will be back up this weekend at Killbuck hopefully get them to stay above ground a little longer.
