Would you like a "like" or a "thumbs up" option on posts?

i often find myself reading posts and would like to simply click a "like this post" button or a "thumbs up" button and notify the poster that i like it, kinda like facebook does. who else would like to see that? or how about any other added feature to the forums?

yes . And make them exchangeable for merchandise on the classifieds section like tokens at a fair or money or something. Once you hit 100 likes on any post then that = $50 worth of merchandise. The most liked post at the end of the each month gets pick of the litter of the highest priced litter listed on the classifieds section.
