bear dog field trials

Hey just seeing what all kinda field trials are coming up for bear dogs from now until chase season comes in know of just a few lookin for ones in Virginia and near by states but feel free to post any states just in case others are curious thank u

Is like to find some around here as well

Saturday, March 29th beginning at 10 a.m. in Buchanan
Bear Bay - Bear Treeing Contest - Dash Race
(Mechanical bear)
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places
Dogs entered in all events will compete for Virginia Bear Dog of the Year honors
Youth Bear Bay – all entries receive award

Directions from Buchanan: Take Route 43 West 7 miles and look for signs

Directions from Eagle Rock: Take Route 43 East 7 miles and watch for signs

APA Breed Days is the 3rd weekend in March near Rock Hill, SC

Gene Walker usually has one over in Hillsboro, WV I think in May.

Tri-County in Clifton Forge usually has a couple in the spring. Not sure of dates.

thank you i already knew about some of those but jr walker is breed days march 15-16 iv heard a few diffrent dates and apa doesnt have nothing on there website to verify i also know theres usually one up in richpatch just a small scale thing not a lot of dogs there have you heard about this one if there doing it this year?

also thinking big nationals in north carolina is may 17th correct me if im wrong i believe npha puts that on and does plott days in tennesse is end of july 31-aug 1

March 14th - 15th - APA Breed Days, Hickory Grove, SC

I haven't seen a confirmed date for the NPHA Big Game Nationals. It's usually held the 3rd weekend in April in Hickory Grove, SC

Tried county has a event march 22 but I'm not 100% sure of they havin bear events.
