Hunting dogs & show dogs SHOULD have identical conformaion - there should be no difference in appearance. You are correct - this Skuna River hound is another good one - notice he has a nicely angulated rear, essential for soundness in a coonhound & too often not there in show dogs. Joe Manning Jr. will have Burt in nite hunts ASAP.
