What wormer is everyone using?
What’s are some of the options for wormer for hounds?
My dogs have had nothing but ivermectin for 25 years. It gets everything but tape worms and if you use a flew preventive(I use Nexgard) they won't get tape worms.

Get a hold of Chris Gerth at Briar Creek Kennels in IN. He makes a liquid wormer called All Wormer, it hits everything Plus a heart worm preventative. Give it once a month on the same day, keeps them clean year round! 1cc for 14lbs of body weight, around $15 a bottle shipped to your door. Him and his business are on Facebook. 812-383-9849

I used to use safeguard liquid goat wormer. 1cc per 10 pounds of body weight. I would just mix it with a little canned dog food. I am currently using a allwormer tablet that my wife ordered from Australia, it seems to work well.

I know lots of folks use the paste horse wormer and have for years but my vet told me that the active ingredient is not equally distributed throughout the tube. Most will give an entire tube to a horse. In my opinion, the liquid goat wormer (Safeguard) is more effective. 1cc/6lbs is the rate I was instructed to use. Shake well before using.
I also don't think Ivomection will clean a dog of intestinal worms. Just my opinion. I use it as a heart worm preventative every month but use another wormer for intestinal worms.
I guess in the end, if it works for you and your dogs are healthy, keep doing what you have been.
