GRNITECH CH Northern Nights Still Foggy

I don’t own this hound but I have hunted with him a lot and with many of his pups . (My Brother-in-Law, does own him though. Danny Doherty) Fog is a coondog by anybody’s description but the important thing about a stud dog is that her reproduces! GRNTECH Northern Nights Eclipse is off of one of his first litters. Great mouth deep hunting and a stayed put COONDOG. Northern Nights Iron Will got a first on him at 10 month’s of age and night champion before 18 months. NITECH Sandell’s Northen Onyx made nitech by getting away from the other hounds and getting treed with the meat. She died at a young age after only one litter or she would have gone onto GRNITECH also. GRNITECH Northern Nights Still Cloudy is what I would call the ultimate coondog for my style of hunting. She will pile a tree ahead of other dogs or move off a slick one that the rest of the pack slams and goes onto to find the tree the coon is in. All of these hounds also have great mouths. Another characteristic that I like with Fog’s pups are their personality. Just like the old man, they love their master and want to please them at home and in the woods. I own two females off of him from different females that are coming along fine. There are many other pups with lots of go and mouths. On top of all of this he has a great pedigree. Directly off of Rex and a daughter to Ace. I know that Fog would be on the reproducers list if he had 100 pups. Fog is getting old and good females need to bred to him before it is too late. I really appreciate the kind words guys. You are right Dale he would be on the reproducers list but will probly never get to 100 pups. The Gr. Nt. Freightliner dog was also off of Fog and so is the Nt.Ch. Showgirl dog. The two male pups i have right now off of Fog and Lola are as loud or louder than any 5 mth old pups that i have heard. Every winter is harder on the old boy and it will be a sad day for me when hes gone. Not many direct Rex males left to breed to. I know everone likes a different style of dog but if your tired of quick slick treein idiots that cant track there way out of a paper bag somethin off of Fog or one of his offspring might be for you. Generally he reproduces pups that hunt hard and deep if necessary take the first track they come to run it with good speed and finish it with a coon seen a hight percentage of the time. And almost all of them are not afraid to get off by themselves and stay put. Anyway he here if anyone would like to breed to him but if not i still thank god that he gave me such a nice dog to follow who has been a pleasure to hunt and is providing me with years more through his kids.

BTTB SHOWGIRL is by FOG, and we can't say enough about her. Randal never started her till feb 2012. She was high scoring B+T female @ 2012 A/O's, Queen of hunt 2012 AKC B+T Breed championships, Queen of hunt @ Ky sectional, with 3 wins to Grand (won another one sat. night). She is a dream to handle,most always by herself, a HUGE mouth and what I like best,she is EXTREMELY fast, I believe only one of her wins was at a local hunt. I hope to breed a Cane female to FOG,and maybe get another!!! Dan, has FOG been collected? would hate to miss another chance at this Blood..............Wade

One of the most underrated studs (clipse too), because the owner doesn't sit on a forum and spittle and spew about how great their dog is. I've never hunted with Fog but eclipse is a COONDOG. Split treeing maniac, and will hold pressure like his life depended on it. Only heard good things about Fog and Dan D. I love these dogs.

We picked up Stetson today, he is off of Foggy and Nitech Stewart Creeks Mighty Mandy.

Thanks Mr. Dan for lettin us know about him, and everyone who help us get him.

We will have to put some Huntin on him to get to know him and then it's off to town.

wish i could have bought him back but it just wasnt possible right now. he was a real nice started dog when i sold him with a ton of potential. loved to get split and would hold tree til you went to get him and he was only 14 mths old at that time. I know you will give him a good home hope he suits you.

good luck to whoever gets pups off of this cross. I think its gonna be a good one also. I really lilke my pup i kept off of Fog and Lola, we named him Maximus (Max), hasnt been hunted 20 times total and i can take him any night by himself and he will do his best to find a coon. He seems to have a real good nose, has a real nice mouth and is a nice steady tree dog with good volume. I know he has run some off tracks but not alot and when he does he can flat move. Seems like hes not gonna need tracks to tree coon, he winds alot and i have seen him wind tracks from 75 to 100 yds away and go find it. He also just falls treed alot. Reminds me more of a Buck II dog than any i have seen in a while. I like him.

I was fortunate enough to hunt with Fog a couple of nights and he is the kind that most say they want a dog to be. He looks and sounds like a HOUND.
