All entries for show and hunt were given a ticket that was drawn before dogs were called out and Ethan won. Congrats Ethan!

The Kentucky Houndsmen would like to recognize the efforts of the Grant County Coonhunters & Conservation Club and especially Terry Vance for making this Kentucky State Youth Championship the huge success that it is.

If not for Terry's extremely hard work...this Kentucky State Youth Championship would not be the same. This man has worked his butt off the last several years and has organized arguably one of the the very best youth events in the nation. He continues to secure lots of donations and all are awarded to the youth at this event.

We had several people tell us it is very best youth events they've ever attended. The youth were awarded prizes just for entering.

The Grant County club ran a wonderful kitchen with delicious food. We thank you.

The Kentucky Houndsmen plans to run a "Thank You" ad in an upcoming issue of the coonhound magazines.

On behalf of the Kentucky Houndsmen I would like to thank all the vendors and individuals who gave to this event. I don't have a complete list at this time or I would list everyone here.

Special thank to Rob Burke of Hyland Company, makers of "The Pride" dog food for the generous donation of the dog food and for attending this event.
