I’m wondering what the status on my dogs Dna is.
I sent the dna in almost 2 months ago.

I also requested 12 dna swabs online and haven’t received them.

You listed the wrong UKC number on the post you sent me but I did find the dog. We are holding the DNA because we did not receive a DNA application and we did not receive the fee. It looks like we recently sent you a letter telling you this, and included the DNA application.

This is the second time I send the dna swab, and every time I call, y’all tell me I should have received a letter but I never do. I already paid for her dna test. I paid it last year for two dogs but only one dogs dna came back. W282,157

The letter looks like it was just recently sent out so you probably won't receive it till later this week. Our DNA Department is currently in a meeting so I will call you once they are available.

OK, I checked with the DNA Department. They have your most recent swab but apparently you did not return the letter we sent to you with the kit so they didn't realize it was a resubmission. Everything is taken care of now and your new swab will be going to the lab in the next batch which should go out sometime this week. Would you still like me to call you?

My dogs dna results finally came in but I still havent received the 12 dna swabs I ordered.
