Houndsmen’s All Purpose Cream is a beeswax based cream that provides superior paw and skin protection for your dog. Use it to protect and restore dry, cracked paw pads. It can also be used to soften and moisturize elbows calloused by lying on cement and rough surfaces as well as a variety of other applications.

Houndsmen’s All Purpose Cream is non-toxic, never goes bad, and is easy to use. Simply dab a small amount of cream on your fingers and massage gently into your dog’s paw pads and elbows. How often should I use 'Houndsmen's All Purpose Cream'? It depends on the activity level of your dog. 'Hound Cream' will "walk off" in about a week. In snowy conditions, we use it 2-3 times a week. In snowy weather, be sure to spread Hound Cream up in between the pad to prevent snowballing.

Is Hound Cream just for the winter? Definitely not. 'Hound Cream' protects from hot pavement and sand as well as any irritants your pet may walk through. We have a number of regular users in Arizona and California.

Is Hound Cream safe should my dog eat an entire jar? No need to worry! Other than a possible mild laxative effect your dog will be fine.

Will It leave stain on a carpet? Hound Cream will not stain carpets or furniture.

You will see products on the market that recommend washing your hands after applying to your pet (!) Is it Safe for your hands? Yes! Houndsmen’s All Purpose Cream meets or exceeds all FDA regulations and product labeling guidelines for (human) lotions and cosmetics. Just rub any remaining product into your hands as you would any hand cream. It makes a great barrier for the skin when hunting, skiing, running or any outdoor activity in harsh weather. We use it on our hands every day during the winter as well as 2-3 times per week on our dogs paws.
