Prayer Request

Troy Winningham's wife was burned in a house fire last night and is in the Augusta Burn Center. Please keep them in your prayers.
Troy is a member of the Hollywood and St. George clubs in SC.
I do not know how serious it is as I justed recieved the call.
But I know the our Lord is the ultimate healer and he hears our prayers!!

PRaying!

We will pray... My mother is one of the only remaining survivors of a BIG fire in Boston, many yrs ago that killed hundreds. My father was a cosmetic surgeon who helped many burn patients... Fire victims and survivors are ALWAYS in our prayers. Today, Mrs. Winningham and her family will get some Extra prayers...

Sincerely, Heather and also Bob William

you got it!

Just got off the phone with Troy. She is doing better and hopefully will be released either this aftrenoon or in the morning. Thankfully she was not seriously burned, she is suffering from smoke inhalation.
The fire started as she was getting the kids ready for their baths and she was cooking supper. She got the kids out and went back in and tried to put the fire out with a fire extinquisher. Troy got home from work just as the fire trucks arrived.
Thank God she will be ok, but they have lost all their clothes and Troy doesn't know how bad the house is yet. He will call me to keep us posted

Thanks everyone!!
We sent Troy a check from the State Assoc for $500 and a check from the Grand American for $500 yesterday. But the most impressive showing of Gods love was yesterday evening when we raised a little over $1000.00 raffling off two items at the AKC State Youth event, a light donated by Allen Miles and a chainsaw donated by Derrick Equipment company. Thanks to everyone who helped!!
I have their sizes and will get them posted.
Plans are underway for a benefit hunt in March to help Troy and Shane. It will be in Cooner and on all the message boards.
We found out yesterday that their home was a total loss and that their insurance coverage was not sufficient.
A committee was formed to help organize this event and coordinate donations
Michael Parker, Michael Adams, and Ronnie Rudd volunteered to take this task.
I will be posting their info and the familys sizes this afterrnoon.
What a showing of God's love that has already been shown to this family!

Anyone wishing to send a donation can send it to me at
David McKee
314 Alexander Rd
Whitmire,SC 29178
make it payable to - Troy Winningham
