Thanks to John Teeters

I want to publicly thank John Teeters for allowing me to handle GR CH GR NITE CH 'PR' Mead's Blue Jet 8 at Autumn Oaks this year. I have always admired Jet's great conformation and good looks so I was thrilled to be able to handle him to the National Grand Show Champion Bluetick win. Pretty impressive for a dog that was hunted Thursday night and is the 2006 Purina Outstanding Nite Hunt Coonhound of the Year to bring home such a honorable show win. Thanks to Erik Fisher for hooking me up with the "Jet 8 Mafia" so that I was able to handle him and to Clay and Brian for all the help in getting him ready...Clay was very helpful in making sure that I had Jet when I needed him and Hartrum ended up being the "holder" when it came bath time for Jet! Thanks again guys...

Couldn't be more excited to see a real live hunting dawg have such a BIG WIN! Must have been a real good feeling for you as the handler and for all involved with this nice hound! Only wish we had been there to see it.... WOuld have liked to have seen your BnTs again too I know they have been racking up some wins here and there... keep up the great work and Keep Having FUN!

I don't know if John has seen this yet Amber but I will point it out to him. I just got back to his house after a week on the road. We are really glad that you handled Jet 8 and were able to get a win of that caliber. That was the highlight of the weekend! Anytime you need a hand just holler!

Amber, when Mark started talking to us in the bleachers, I knew you had it won. That dog is so easy on the eyes and you did a great job showing off his wonderful angles!! Congrats to John and Amber and Jet 8! Love to see those "hunting dogs" in the show ring!! LOL

Just wanted to say thanks again for putting your time and faith into showing a great hound!! I'm sure you enjoyed showing him as much as I did hauling him around the country and making him a PURINA CHAMPION!! Girl, if ya get the chance, show him again!! This is the type of hound a bluetick breeder should look at! John and Nanny!! Congrats on this win on Jet 8!! I always have and always will believe in this hound!! Congrats on your win with Jet 8 Amber! It is very nice to see a hunting hound win that big of a show win. I seen Jet 8 at Youth Nationals last summer until then I hadn't realized how good of a looking dog he was, at YN he also won Overall Champion Male & Opposite Sex.

I had a blast meeting you and watching you with Jet 8.
I think I screamed almost as much as everyone else when you won with him .
he is such a big lovable hound I enjoyed camping next to Clay, John and Brian and had a blast chatting with them .
I also wanted to thank John for lending us the heater.
I know it sure made a difference in those early morning
I hope next year I get to camp next to em again .
John sure can make some awesome deer burgers too
Once again Congrats John and Jet 8 hope to see you again soon
and Amber you and jet 8 make a awesome team in the show ring I hope you handle him again real soon

Glad to here that ole Susie did well last night...good luck this weekend!!! Now if she can just tree 6 the next two nights she should be good to go...

I am sure that you helping with the bath is the reason that Ole Jet was able to pull off the BIG win, lol...I mean you did SO much to help by sitting there holding his lead!

At least you now know that he is a good looking dog on both the hardwood and the plywood!

she is a very nice hound and has a good handler.
I know my John likes her alot
he really had a blast hang with you, John and Clay .
