Well I tend to be confused most of the time but... I may be able to help you here... be sure to empty ALL the areas of the PM box... empty sent, empty message tracking etc...
Hope that makes some sense....I'm only half awake... or less....

Have a good one, Heather

Ray is the one who needs to empty all that so you can send him a pm. The boxes here on this forum tend to fill up fast. If you keep the PM Tracking and sent PMs empty it seems to help..... The thing I HATE about PMs the most is... you run out of room to write in them! I struggle to keep my words limited...LOL...

Good luck, Steve! Heather

Still won't go thru, I was going to tell you I hunted Friday afternoon and turned loose at 3:45 and treed at 4:30. It was dark by the time I made it to the tree. I couldn't find the coon until I walked away and looked back. My pup opened a little while I was there, I should have realized there was enough scent for a young pup to open like that. I got half way back to the truck and long cod (that's what Charles calls my dog) struck another track. I turned loose and the pup opened on track and tree. He treed in about 5 min. It took a while to make it in because of the trees layed down from all the storms we've had. He didn't have the coon, he came off and started circling, I believe the coon put it on him in that mess. I was happy the pup showed some interest. Should get better if I can get him in some easier situations.

Hunt

Where did you turn out ?
the coons are feeding on the hill alot right now there are so many Acorns, find you sone good acorn ridges and turn your dogs loose there , you might get you an easy, tree .
call me some time and we will go hunt.

Blackwater on a branch. He treed upstream at the head. He struck the second on the hill. I had been road hunting, but the tracks were too cold, so I changed my routine.
Leave your number with Don and I'll get it from him, since the PM ain't working. I got to hunt here till I get AL license. I already got a ticket back in the early 90's for hunting without a license in AL. I'm sure the fine has gone up since then.

Don said out of all the years he's hunted he has never seen a 6 mo old puppy hunt by itself strike it's own coon and tree it. There was 4 in that litter and every one started early. I think Henry has the last two. Jim has the only fox dogs I've seen that looks like a treeing walker, longer ears and bigger squarer head. Me and Don seen a pair of fox dog pups, solid white with a little bit of lemon color on their ears, cat footed, straight legs, and black eyes. Man I'm telling you Ray those were some fine looking pups. I will have me a pair one day.
