What a hobby....

Coon season is finally here. It opened noon today.
The last time i was outside it was raining horizontaly with the temp in the 30s there saying it may turn to snow.

Im not sure if its love of the sport that keeps me doing this or just plum stupidity.

gotta love it........

i was actually gonna stay home tonight and spend time with my wife, but my daughter mentioned going huntin so were gettin ready to go!!! i think were part nuts myself!!!!

Its in the mid 20s here wind about 20, cool my brother just came in hit a nice buck, looks like were trackin deer tonite, hopfully grillin some deer loin!

I'll be there about Tues nite, think you could change the weather for us??

now us coon hunters are crazy goin outin freezin weather chasin these hounds but if its in ya to be a coonhunter ya cant do nothin but hunt its worse than any drug but it is sure a good one ya gotta love it

Yeah, especially in the middle of winter walkin' through snow, and over ice that sounds like it'll crack any second, peolpe ask me how the heck i can do it. Well when i get to the tree it all seems worth it, and when my dog is exited to go out even at 20degrees and snow it all seems worth it, But when ya wake up in the mornin and you cant move your legs cause your so sore and you may have frost bite on your fingers than you wonder....hahahaha just jokin, gotta look forward to somthin in the world eh

Supposed to be raining most of the week. It spit a little snow here early this morning, & now it's sleeting off & on.
