Lazer pointer's in nite hunts?
can you use a lazer pointer to show the rest of the cast the coon.I think it would work prety well.espelicy when u just see his tail of an ear.it will make it harder for the other handlers to say they dont see it.

Anything to stop the guys from cheatin or not even looking the tree!!

I have one I keep in my pouch. I know I'll get criticized but I also keep a mirror on my belt. I'll show you yours if you'll let me show you mine (Coons with a mirror of course).

In UKC mirrors-nope, laser pointer-yes. According to the Advisor.
I carry a Laser Pointer with me most of the time. Have to make sure it's legal in your state though. Can't beat one for a $1.

laser
Camopup, where did you get it for a buck?
There's a Dollar Store that carries them. Your Choice of Gold or Silver! Pocket size too.

how do you use a mirror?
holes or stumps etc.
You can use a mirror to see up a hollow tree that has a den at the bottom, or like perry said... holes or stumps..etc.
You can't plus a coon seen with a mirror on a licensed hunt though. I don't know why, but that is what our Field Rep. told us.
