Might want to contact the people working on the Bluebook, as this is just a promotion page for the Bluebook ads. Rick's email in here on this page and on his post he has his phone number which is who I would call. Once the ads have been done by the printer a copy of the ads will be sent back as proof for you to view and that may be a few weeks away as they begin doing ads and putting the book together.

I will pass this on to the editor, and to his email address with your concerns.

im working on a paypal account and having issues gettimg it set up
