X-Bred to Purebred
I need A Breed Transfer form for X-Bred to Bluetick Coonhound. I have searched the site but cannot locate, can you help me?
We don't do breed transfers from x-bred to a purebred dog.
quote:According to Todd Kellam on the X-Bred Regulations, 2014 President's Meeting Video 8:47 minute of the video UKC does do Breed transfers From X-Bred to Purebred after achieving 80% co-efficiency, Chartered Breed Associations will determines whether to allow re-entry at a cost of $50.00 which UKC gets $25.00 and the Breed Association gets $25.00. Do I need to email Todd about this? I have Unregistered Full blood Blueticks that I started Breeding to UKC Registered when this program began, I now have reached 87.5% co-efficiency and have a litter to register.

I haven't forgot about you. I'm still checking into it. I did find out that you are right, you can do a breed transfer. At this time I'm waiting to hear back on exactly what you need to do from here. As soon as I know something I'll let you know.
quote:Great, I appreciate you following up, Thanks.

We sent the Breed Association an e-mail and are waiting to hear back from them. If we don't hear from them by the end of the day today then we plan on trying to contact them tomorrow via phone. Hang in there, we are working on it!
We called the Breed Association this morning and left a message for them. We haven't heard back from them so we're going to be calling them again this afternoon.
OK, I have an answer for you. What you need to do is return your dog's papers to us along with a signed statement telling us that the dog qualifies for a breed transfer and you would like the breed transferred to Bluetick Coonhound. Sign & date the statement and send the papers and the signed statement in to us along with a transfer fee of $30.00. I would say to send it to the attention of the Registration Director.

[/QUOTE Thank you for getting this done for me. I will send the Litter Registration $30.00, the pup (I am keeping) registration $29.00 and the Breed Transfer statement and fee $30.00 for a total of $89.00 correct?
Assuming the litter is under 6 months of age, that is correct.
