What would you breed a Zeb 3 daughter to?

I have a daughter of Wipeout Zeb 3, and am thinking of breeding her.

She is young, and has been hunted less than 30 nights.

She is very loud, has a HUGE motor.

Has split with the meat, and wants to be accurate.

I think she'd benefit and settle down a little after raising a litter.

What would you breed her to?

What s her bottom side. How's she operate there's a few lines that cross with wipeout blood. What's she lacking?

Waiting on her papers, and I'm not a Walker guy, so I can't remember.

She's out of a Grand Nite female.

She likes to track more than tree right now,and is a whale of a good track dog.

When she does tree its very hard and intense, and she has a coon generally.

I'd say she needs to be bred to a level headed tree dog.

I've hunted with a lot of the great wipeout dogs. I have never hunted with a good one lipper breed to wipeout not saying it wouldn't work. Skuna river is a good line. Right recipe would be tequila. That just tends to work well. Clover and tequila crossed well on wipeout. 3 is clover on bottom. I'd go tequila.

I agree. And if you decide to go that way you should consider Scuba Steve, he’s out of the Tequila Sunrise and Eye knot cross. His sister was bred to zeb 3 and produced pkc world champ 3sum.

Seems there's a bunch of nice ones from Zeb 3 with a shot of Rat in there, esp thru Tequila Sunrise or Bad Habit. I'd think the right Bone Collector stud would be an interesting cross too.

John didn't you have a Bone pup from a Sun female awhile back how is that working ?

I raised a litter of them.

They are a natural bunch of coon treers.

An awful nice litter.

John, If you have access to one of those Bone Males you bred they should be a nice cross.

Bruce, a hunting buddy of mine has one that is about as nice a young dog as you will find.

And he is a real, sure enough loud tree dog.

The one thing I would improve on most of the pups in that litter is track mouth.

This Zeb female has a real good mouth track and tree, but as an old Blueticker, I am pretty picky about mouth.

I'd like to breed her to something with a big clear mouth.

The Bone pup my buddy is hunting has a squally, screechy mouth on track, and chops on a hot one.

That was the only thing that I was thinking could be negative about my recommendation. Generally with the wipeout hounds they are loud enough that they are heard.

I don't think the market for the pups would be as great out of your bone male. But I do feel in the long run, there would be more satisfaction on seeing the results which I think would be good.

We hunted the Zeb female with that Bone male the other night.

Coon weren't stirring, and we picked them up 4 miles from where we cut them loose.

They weren't running junk, just went down a big holler and through some big country.

We were hunting on the Drummond Ranch.

Lack of drive wouldn't be an issue.
