Iowa hide season

We open up November 5th this year and I haven't heard of anyone who is going to be buying hides this year. The way the prices were last year it don't surprise me but I will still be knocking some out to thin them down seeing they are getting over populated in my area.. If anyone hears of a buyer that is going to be taking some this year let us all know

Gruenwald is going to buy starting the end of November.

Gronewald told me I WILL buy them, but don"t expect much. I for one love it.

That's good at least Ill make a dollar for them lol.

Didn't seem to move here.

Hides must be more than we think, seen people in the woods and heard dogs running on lots of drops!

Treed a couple. Not moving the best where we were. Possums seemed to be out and about though.

On Saturday made a ton of den trees, 1 doze pile, 1 slick, and 5 trees with the goods. Sunday put 1 in a hole in the bluff, got to give a education on a grinner, and a tree with the goods,

I work 2nd shift and I got out late but I treed 6 with my Woody dog in very short order and went home about 2 am and dropped Monster once and he treed a coon but either I dry holed him or they weren't moving near as good at that time.

Ready to go!

Headed to Iowa Wednesday morning! Gonna do some duck hunting, coon hunting, and visit with old friends! I just want one great ole biggin to mount!
