IM GLAD THIS IS A OFF TOPIC FORUM YOU CAN TALK ABOUT ANYTHING FIRST QUESTION #1 IF A PERSON DOES BODYLY HARM TO A WOMEN THATS GOING TO HAVE A BABY AND THE MOTHER DIES AND BABY DIES THEY ARE CHARGED WITH MURDER OF THE MOTHER AND THE UNBORN BABY.IF THE BABY DIES THEY ARE JUST CHARGED WITH THE UNBORN BABYS DEATH. YET IN A ABORTION CLINIC ,A NURSE AND A DOCTOR CAN TAKE THAT BABY OUT OF A MOTHER CUT IT UP IN PIECES , A LIVE VITAL BABY THATS GROWING, TO ME ,,THATS MURDER TOO... BUT THEY WILL NEVER GET CHARGED WITH MURDER,,,WHATS THE DIFFERENCE ? O YEA HILARY AND BERNIE BOTH SUPPORT ABORTION AND GAY SAME SEX MARRIAGES... BE NICE , NO BAD STUFF ON THIS POST WHATS YER OPINION ? IF IT GETS BAD IL DELEATE IT OR P.M. THE MODERATOR AND HAVE THEM DO IT ... YA HAVE A BLESSED ONE ,,,RON

Ron I am not sure if they can charge him with a death if only the unborn child dies. I know about 10yrs ago or about that long a guy T boned a vehicle by running a stop sign and killed a man and his wife who was pregnant. They got him for 2 counts vehicular homicide but the 3rd count did not stick for the unborn child.

The difference is a court ruling that makes the one legal, (but not the cutting up and selling parts, legal) and the other murder.

How can the exact same result of taking an unborn life be diametrically opposed in both legality, and morals?

Answer, it can't. It's impossible. Except for those who choose to ignore what's obvious by hiding behind the cloak of man made legality.

It's not that way in Tennessee. Example: if a robber killed a mother and unborn child, they would be charged with 2 counts of murder.

THE UNBORN ,,IT VARYS BY STATE SOME YOU CAN BE CONVCITED OF MURDER.. OTHER STATES YOU CANT.. DO YOU THINK ABORTION IS MURDER,,I KNOW ITS LEGAL,,BUT ITS MURDER.. SOME MOTHERS HAVE BACK ROOM ABORTIONS THEN THROW THE BABY IN A GARBAGE CAN .IF THERE CAUGHT ITS MURDER..

IF I REMEMBER RIGHT THE 1539 GREAT BIBLE HAD EASTER IN IT IF I REMEMBER RIGHT 15 TIMES THE KJV HAS IT JUST TWICE JOHN 11: 55 AND ACTS 12 :4 IM PRETTY SURE.OTHER VERSIONS OF THE BIBLE MIGHT HAVE IT MORE OR LESS... ,,,HAVE A BLESSED ONE HAPPY EASTER TO ALL !!! FROM THE RIVERBOTTOM,,,RON

I will declare that abortion is cold blooded murder. The abortionist and the mother must be considered for the death penalty. There is no other realistic, logical way of looking at it. If a man were about to shoot a child with a gun and a man shoots him before he can he will be a hero. But if you shoot an abortionist you'll go to jail for a long time.
I've often thought that the man that shot Diller The Killer was a hero though he is in jail. I wonder how many lives he saved by killing that murderer.

I totally agree, but they will not be able to hide behind the cloak when it matters most..

All who supported abortion will be right there beside the ones who performed them, standing on bended knees before God. They will admit they were wrong and ask for forgiveness, but it will be too late. I believe when judgement is passed on them, they will look up and see every one of the lives they took standing under God's right arm looking down at them.

It's hard to not feel anger toward them, we should pray for them that they will see abortion for what it is and repent before it is too late.

And the bible teaches forgiving the murderer.period. isn't that what Jesus did on the cross? Forgive them father? Nuff said. That's the thing with free will it's up to them to make the right choice not my job to force them into it by making laws. I'm not their judge.

So the mother who aborted a child later sees the light and is saved. Imagine the reunion when she goes to heaven and sees the person she killed. There are a lot of folks thinking about that now. I hope many more will see the light because that reunion will be hell if as he/she stands at the great white throne judgement set, sees the one aborted as she heads for hell.
