We lost a fine blueticker today

George Kieslar past on this morning after several months struggling from a bad stroke. He was a fine man and a good friend to all he met. We'll all miss you George!

I really enjoyed talking to George, he will be missed by many...........Tim

George was a wonderful man, a very wonderful human being. He was great to talk with and he knew a good blue dog; owning several himself over the years. I knew him for 20 years and he will be missed... a sad day indeed, but God willing, he's in a better place now.

George

I enjoyed every minute talking to George about hounds and life in general. He was a straight shooter and told you what he thought. I had been struggling with some things in my life, I crossed paths with George one day and we talked a bit, he sure helped me see things in a different light, I am greatful to have known this man! He will be missed by all. A Great Man!

George

It would be a fitting tribute if all who knew or have talked to George would post their memories of him. I first started coonhunting with my aunt asnd uncle who owned a daughter of Hills Blue Rock later owned by George. After that I met him at hunts and shows some 35 years ago he was always helpful and
knowledgable about the hounds I too loved. Over the years I met his wife ( such a wonderful woman) and enjoyed hunting with him. Not to mention listening to some of his often quirky stories. But through it all he was always a friend and confidant. He will always be remembered and cherished as a true friend. I'm certain others have good memories of George

I only meat George a few times at the fall round up. The last time I seen him he stoped at my place to look at my hounds and visit. He was out this way to breed a female to Lyonel Charles old Buck dog a couple years ago not long before he had his frist stroke. Sure was a nice man and was a pleasure to visit with he knew blue dogs.

Great man and friend

George and I hunted a few times together. We both judged the second round of the World hunt together and he came down to a buddy hunt with hornet male. We had some good times and great hunts together. He did a lot of traveling and talking dogs. The man knew what a coondog was suppose to be.

Didn't know him well, but we did draw out together at the BBOA hunt at Clinton back around 1994 or 1995. We had a great hunt and a great time in general.
