the OMCBA breed standard dosen't say anything about the color of the cur dogs nose, just says square rather than round with well opened noses

Maybe if they have some of the old Hemphill/Wilder blood.
I know of several Kemmer bred dogs that had red noses and green eyes

Yes, if you're asking about OMCBA Mtn Cur.
A "pink/red/Dudley" nose would be indicative of a cross only if a pup is born with such nose color and keeps it.
The "red nose" I've experienced and otherwise know of is with yellow dogs born with a black nose changing to "red" sometime around 6 months or beyond. An indication the yellow pup carries the gene for black pigmentation but for one reason or another the enzymes in cells carrying black pigmentation to the nose break down.
The first yellow dog I had changed black nose to red, red nose to black three times before settling on red. I suppose this could be seen as something functioning/malfunctioning in the immune system as antibodies destroying pigment containing cells responsible for nose color. A form of Vitiligo.
The red nosed kemmer dogs that I had was of heavy yellow jack and Blondie breeding
