the ` FOR THE GIRLS` event

mark your calendar for Aug. 3rd

the first ever UKC `Hunt For The Girls` will be held at the Michigan Coon Hunters Assoc. club (lapeer)

this is an all girl (only) event to fight breast cancer

field trial- 11am $10 entry
bench show 1pm $15 entry
water race 3pm $10 entry
nite hunt 8pm $ 20 entry

all 100% of the entry money and 100% of the donation money will go to help fight breast cancer

every is welcome, but only the girls can participate

free camping,

free vender set up

to sponsor a trophy please call Darin Fackler, or send a check or money order for $15 (payable to MCHA), to darin fackler at 8387 willits rd Fostoria Mi. 48435
be sure to include who`s name you want on the trophy

This is the club I've belonged to for many years and it's a great idea they've come up with . I'll be there and hope to see this turn into something really big .
Over the years I've seen many friends pass way before their time from various forms of cancer , from great ladies of our sport to a small girl friend of my granddaughters to young to understand why her life was so short and that's just some of the girls not to mention men I've known . Others have beaten it but live in fear of it coming back . If I could end cancer myself it would have been already done long ago but all we can do is help those who know how to keep working toward the time we can totally control it .
Do what you can and hope our kids won't have to see what we've seen .

How long are we gonna have to wait to find out what the raffle prize is? =)
