coon squaller

Just dinking around, like to make my own equipment. Thought they would make great gifts for friends. Gonna try my hand at other calls, duck,goose,varmit calling etc. Keeps me out of the house LOL wife loves it, something to do on those rainy days and something I can do also with my 7yr.old daughter, she likes to tinker also

Thanks, reed I had from an old call, purchasing reeds different tones gonna try to come up with a tone I like, gonna try double reeds for someone who can't flutter, and some single reeds. and thought of trying to make my own reeds also see what works best. Just something to do.

Turned out a few more calls today, Sure passes the time and really enjoyin it. Just waiting on reed materials. Showing the Brother-In-Law how I made them, let him try his hand at it.

Flatlands Randy Switzer makes best call I know of for coon and they are beautiful. Look up JC Coon haven for some of his fine work. Well worth the money.
