Address change

Hello, I need to change my address. The website says it's 10 dollars to change the address and get new EE card and pedigree with the correct address on it.

I have two questions. First, the form doesn't come with a place for fees, is it 10 dollars per dog? I have two so would I just include 20 dollars for them?

Second, is there a way to fax the paperwork then call and pay by check card or credit card? I would like to have these fixed by Black and Tan days and that is the first weekend in May.

Thanks.

You would need to send the registration certificates in to us, along with our Address Change Request Form. I would recommend you send everything to us either by express mail or priority mail, so it gets here quicker. You can also include a signed note asking us to bring the new papers to B & T days, if you'd like. The fee is $10.00 per certificate.

Thanks. Will do that.

You're welcome. Have a great day!

Thanks, you too.

I am enclosing both sets of papers and my signed address change form. I did not sign the papers.

I also enclosed a check for 35 dollars, 20 for the registration and 15 for "rush" service.

I signed a letter stating that I want the papers delivered to Black and Tan days and I included my cell phone number. Going to the post office now to mail it rush.

Thanks for all of your help.

Sounds good. Be sure to write "RUSH" on the outside of the envelope, next to our address.

Dang it, forgot to write Rush, but I sent it next day air, should be there by noon tomorrow.

Did you get the forms? If I need to do anything else I will be happy to do so. I will be at Black and Tan days.

How do I go about picking up the papers there? I will be there Thursday.

Please give me your first and last names and I can check for you. Also, what State do you live in and what is the name of the dog?

To pick up the papers, just go to the Registration table and tell them who you are and that you are suppose to have some papers there to pick up.

Thanks, I didn't realize we had been talking in general and I didn't get you my name.

My name is James VanWinkle, the dog is Beecreek Dr. Max (I know but my daughter named him so what are ya gonna do LOL).

I am in Morrison Tn

Appreciate the assistance.

We did receive the package. In fact, the papers have been processed and they are set to go to B & T Days.

Thank you. You guys are extremely helpful. Hope you can make it to black and tan days so I can thank you in person, but if not thanks again.
