Kate's Cast

????question does turning your back on a man and saying fu.... BS
really mean your cursing the man, or just highly upset, would it constitute scratching a cast winning dog thats coon "might" have been seen before scratching the dog occurred?? dosen't the MOH say settle your problem's in the wood's if possible. I thought a judge was a judge, not judge and jury, did the rest of the cast members vote on scratching the scratched man and dog??

Any person intimidating, threatening, or injuring a hunter, Judge, Master of Hounds, Club Official or UKC Representative will be subject to sanctions under the Inherent Rights and Powers of the UKC.

The judge could have took his language and tone of voice as being intimidating.

Whistle pig, check your rulebook on non-hunting judges. There are no votes on a cast with a non-hunting judge. And any cast member that uses language like F---ing sob needs to go the truck.

Live & Learn

Jim Didn't know that the judge was the "man" and forget the rest of the cast members. But I didn't see where the man said what you said he did I saw where he turned his back to the judge
and said fu.... bs do you think he directed that to the judge or to the world, just my opinion I would never hunt where one man was judge and jury no way.

If you have already been warned to keep your mouth shut, you better not be saying those words to the judge or the world if you are close enough for the judge to hear it.If he would have kept his cool for five minutes he would have won. Both dogs had a coon.

Whistle pig:"I didn't know the judge was the man." Well now you do.

No Jim I was wrong

He's not the man, he's Judge & Jury according to what you say, but If that judge & jury thinks he did the right thing then so be it, But I think If I knew that man was up set and If what he said didn't have the other cast members up set I most likley would have let It slide. and according to what the cast member said was that he heard them talking, but wasn't able to hear what they said, but then he heard the Judge & Jury tell the man to get his dog and go to the truck.

I don't see the owner of the dog on here complaining.

I know if I was scratched for something I felt was wrong, I would be on here setting the record straight.

I would have already filed a formal complaint.

I find it interesting the dog owners are not the ones on here complaining but ones that have heard hearsay are.

judges

when you here the word judge what do you think of?
a judge is someone who RULES over things (a court room or a nite hunt cast) if you were not there then you shouldnt try to put yourself on the jury

It boils down to respect. If you are in a situation where one person is the acting authority, RESPECT their decision and keep your mouth shut. There is a time and a place to speak your mind, and in the middle of the game isn't either espially when the guy who is sealing your fate has already warned you.

You ever tell a cop that just pulled you over for speeding that the ticket is F*** BS?? or do you wait and go to court and see what happens???

I guess you have the right to say whatever you want whenever you want, but be prepared to face the consequenses.

I HAPPEN TO KNOW THE JUDGE OF THE METIONED CAST AND HAVE HEARD THE STORY FIRST HAND THE HANDLER WAS WARNED TO KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT AND TO JUST STRIKE AND TREE HIS DOG ,AND AS FAR AS THE PROFANITY GOES I USED TO TAKE MY YOUNG BOYS TO SOME OF THE HUNTS WITH ME BUT HAVE REFRAINED FROM DOING SO BECAUSE OF GROWN MEN WHO CANT EXPRESS THEMSELVES WITH OUT USING FOUR LETTER WORDS ITS A SAD DAY WHEN YOU CANT TAKE YOUNG CHILDREN TO AN ACTIVITY THAT IS OFTEN TIMES LOOKED AT AS AN FAMILY EVENT BECAUSE A FEW PEOPLE WHO IN MY OPINION HAVE A VERY FEEBLE MIND CAN NOT EXPRESS THEMSELVES WITH OUT THE USING FOUR LETTER WORDS
