I am never one to complain much at all

UKC is king in my opinion in coonhound registration
A dog without UKC papers is almost worthless even if it won a million bucks
In most every case a GrNt that has won $110 dollars will breed more gyps than a dog that’s won $500,000 but doesn’t have a UKC title
UKC puts on PREMIER EVENTS!!!

BUT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!
The online chat is ok if you can get the conversation typed and you have time to wait on reply’s, get bumped off because it timed out before response, and then having to start over.
A phone call is a complete laughing joke. On paperwork it ask for email but if you ask or expect a reply through email you may as well ask to go see BigFoot at the zoo.
THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY

I use to be one to take up for UKC on being slow and explained that they are busy. I work with multiple billion dollar companies daily and I promise one can speak with a CEO of those companies easier than getting info to or from any UKC platform

Rant over, improve on this weakness please. I have weaknesses also and I work on them.

As many complaints there has been about getting papers back, I'd say it's a waste of time to complain. Like every thing else blame it on covid/postal service and be patient

Contract

Maybe they should contract it out. I’m sure that will resolve the issues……

poor service

I am holding papers on 2 dogs and have 2 pups that will also need papers transferred if UKC ever gets them to the breeder? They are loosing money.... maybe loosing money will get their attention??? I don't plan to send in for transfer until I start to hear consistent reports things have improved.

Sent on Friday

I sent transfer papers in on Friday with tracking and they received and signed for them yesterday. Im watching my account to see when they take the money. Hooefully it goes smoothly.

Move it to non democratic state.

My buddy called about some papers he sent in the first of December and they told him that they never received the papers so he assumed that they were lost in the mail. However, the problem is that UKC cashed the check that he sent with the papers.

Been told joe Biden took over ukc over a year ago. Camilla is in charge of registration.

Well, that explains that.

Chat

Chatted with them today, and they went straight to my overnight envelope and allowed me to upgrade to overnight. Already have my FEDEX tracking number.

They did tell me they were at least 3 weeks behind processing paperwork with standard delivery.
