Hammer 3 World hunt?

I was about Dean's Hammer bread dogs and it says that hammer 3 was the first Bluetick to win what is considered the world hunt how come everyone says a bluetick never won the world hunt then?

World Hunt

A Bluetick has never won the UKC world hunt.
Spanky won the AKC world hunt one year but never has a bluetick won the UKC world hunt.

Brush Creek Blue also won autumn oaks and was considered ukc world champion owned by the late Warnie Emmons. I believe it was in 1974.

Not jus tthe name changed, the format is different, only a grnt Can win autumn oaks, the UKC world hunt, all dogs titled or not compete against each other.

Sort of like UCF claiming a national championship when they never actually played in “The National Championship Game”. We need to win “The UKC World Hunt”

Ya need to ask Ron Taylor about the Hammer III/Spring Creek Rock cast at AO, he guided that cast. He said it was one of the most impressive displays of dog work that he's ever seen.

By far the best dog I ever owned was born in 1979. He had Hammer III, Brush Creek Blue x Chippewa Fly in him. He was a legend in our town. I sure miss that dog.
