If there were Semen on Grnitech Cedarfork Valley Woodpecker is there any interest and what is it worth.

The sire of Woodpecker was a hard hunting tree dog and the dam was line bred Littleman and Ramblin Red Ace. There are alot of hard hunting, natural tree dogs in his background, most didn't have a handle on them. This combination should interest many folks. I never hunted with Woodpecker, but I heard from people I trust that he was a real nice hound.

For those who called paper work is in order Steves wife is able to sell it now and there still is some semen avaliable it has been stored in pellets.

We have a male out of a half brother/sister cross with Woodpecker as the common parent he is a good, honest country coondog. Check him out under the stud page. I myself have a young female, 16 months old with triple woodpecker, last year was her first kill season, she is a natural. She opened third night in the timber, ran and treed with the old dogs. I've talked to the guy who used to have a male out of him, a NITECH by the name of Hot-N-Greasy. Boys this is some GOOD blood here. I believe will help better the breed if used properly.

Out of 34 breeding we may be down to 6 possibley three I may keep three for myself thanks to all who bought the semen this will help Steves wife get back on her feet will know more tomorrow.

I still remember how Steve would haul this old dog around and win about everywhere he went. I'm sure if used on some good females there will be a few more Woodpeckers in the hunts.
