Ultra Light Weight Cap Light
Ultra light weight 10.6 ounces for the entire head and battery pack, this is about the same weight as a 5100 head and cord. Ultra long burn times in a small package:
Click 1 - 52 hours
Click 2 - 19 hours
Click 3 - 7 hours
Click 4 - 3.5 hours
We can vary the spot on these heads from wide angle to 8 degree spot. This head produces over 400 lumens and is the perfect companion for the hand held spotlights. Mounted on the hat of your choice. If you prefer we can send it with no cap, and with our new battery box with mounting ears you can mount it on your favorite hat. Give us a call 731-632-0489.
Ultra light weight - spot of your choice, wide, medium or tight spot, or a mixture of the 3..
It can do a wide spot and a tight spot? Pop covers yet? Price? Thanks

OK to answer some questions, Brian - the light is not focusable through turning a bezel or sliding a reflector, the size of the spot is changed by what reflectors we install here. When it leaves our business it will have a spot the customer requests, wide angle, middle of the road angle or a tighter spot about 8 degree and most people like the 8 degree because it is not like a super narrow spot like the plastic head China lights. My personal light has two 8 degree reflectors and 1 wide angle, this gives me a good light to walk with and a reasonable spot at a distance - I carry a spotlight for shinning larger trees.
Warranty is 1 year, and price mounted on a bump cap is going to be $189.
Below is a head we made for a customer who thought his white LED head is too bright for finding coons. So he wanted us to make him a yellow casting light and wanted two warm white LEDs (color of 5100 light) and one amber LED to yellow it up even more. He also wanted a wider beam for shinning the entire tree without having to search, so we placed 25 degree reflectors on all 3 LEDs. Here is the result:
Below is a picture of my personal light, please disregard the dirt. I posted this picture so you can see how close it sits to the bracket and doesn't stick out. This light is really gaining popularity among hunters who use a spotlight. Provides excellent light to walk with and at the same time shine at a distance. We can mix reflectors to give a wide angle walk light or a 8 degree beam. This is the most comfortable bump cap I've worn. Several local hunters use this light including, Tam Young, Clay Young, Coy Sullivan, West Holmes - this is just to name a few. The head is made right here in the USA. Each light comes with complete operating and charging instructions.
To compliment our light weight LED heads we will be offering our prototype handheld spotlight. Will be the brightest spotlight available. Bear in mind this is a prototype and final product may be totally different but will be just as bright or brighter than the prototype.
