what takes so long to get papers back? i sent some papers in on the morning of 1-27-10 and sent an extra $10 to rush and still dont have em. whose draggin their feet here? my check cleared the bank on 2-4-10. can you refund me my $10 please. dogs ukc # is u999,447.

I see you also posted this thread on the Registrations Board.Give Russell Smith time to get on top of this.And,believe me he will.I'd bet my bottom dollar he will get it straightened out.He's helped me out tremendously in the past.

While your at it look my dog up to owned by Brad Hall or Mike Dohoney the dogs name is Dizzys Rock Star, Mike sent the papers off at the same time and I have had Rocks PKC papers for 2 weeks. Last night we had a UKC hunt here at home but no papers, this is probably the reason they will not let you sign dogs up at the hunts like the other KCS just using the dogs numbers so you send the 10 dollars in to rush them!!

getting my pappers back from ukc i have never payed the rush and have never waitted over ten days tops most time in less than 7 but i must be luckey,thank you ukc.david boggs

Guys

There's probably a legitimate reason.I sent mine in like you guys did,just knowing everything was in order.Well,as it turned out,I was wrong,and felt like a real ass when I lit into the Registrations Dept.Like I said,Will,let Russell look into it and I'm sure you will hear something back from him.Probably on Monday.Bradley Hall,I would suggest that you do the same.

i live about hour and a half from ukc and drove there this monday to get some papers situated aaround. i feel extremely sorry for the girl that works the front desk, i bet in 5 minutes, she recieved 100 calls! people complaining and i promise i didn see one person just sittin around.

the registration department was backed up for 30 minutes and the calls just kept ringing in.

Guys pkc is on top of there game about gettin papers u call pkc they will talk to you but when you call ukc you just get put on hold

I sent in litter registration papers last fall and 24 days later I got a paper that said my female was still registered to my old address. It took another three weeks for them to get that changed and papers sent to me even though I faxed them my new address within a couple days. My check was cashed for over a month before I got the papers.

It can be something as simple as you writing out your middle name or just putting your middle initial in place of your middle name. Always fill everything out the same! I changed my mailing address, same me, same town, same state, but just a different route number and boy did this cause a bunch of confusion.
