Bruce.....or anyone else that can help with this flippin Alpha

Alpha kept locking up and shutting off, Garmin and several others say its corrupt birdseye file. So I wipe the card, delete all my Birdseye off of Base Camp, put card back in alpha, plug alpha into PC.......Device wont recognize. Pull Card, plug alpha into PC.......Device wont recognize. Master reset alpha, download all the Garmin drivers again, and with or without card device still wont recognize. Try a new card....same deal.

It used too......I put birdseye on it a couple of weeks ago.

I hate this stupid thing. If ANYONE would get something similar to Birdseye I would throw this POS into on coming traffic and buy something else.

Josh there is one thing I can't explain about the ALPHA and that is why they do this to certain people.. It seems like the same guys have problems with multiple ALPHAs. We run a couple about 5 nights a and have never had this issue.

I would hook your alpha up the to computer and go in and checks its internal files. See if perhaps some birdseye got loaded to it by mistake. I would delete it out but be careful. Sounds like you already may have deleted more that the info on the card if the system can't recognize it. Try to update it and see if it recognizes it.

That's the problem, can't update or check anything....because the device is not recognized. I can't do anything with it

It was the friggin USB cord......the same cord that worked two weeks ago no longer worked. Unbelievable.
