what are the measurments for show benches ? Was wanting to try to build one.

I think ukc reg. is 22" high, 18' wide, 44" long.

15. Dogs must be benched. The bench on which the
dogs shall be shown must be two (2) feet high and
eighteen (18) inches wide with the top covered with
indoor/outdoor carpeting or some similar non-slip
surface. Individual benches of a minimum length of
44 inches are recommended.

That's the measurements . If you do it a lot you'd be surprised how Quick you notice a different height at a show somewhere.

I made a ( permanent ) heavy duty everyday bench in the yard that's 1 leg with gussets on all 4 sides out of pressure treated wood to practise mine at home. I'm around 6 foot tall so I made it a couple inches taller to save on my back not bending over to much. Ever couple years I touch up the indoor /outdoor carpet on top. I imagine people who use the happy feet trainers get that same kinda height when they use them on top a regular height bench.
