Tim's Hunting Supply

Does anybody know how I can get in touch with Tim's hunting supply. I tried the phone number on their website, but it would never go through. If anybody knows another phone number could you please post it. Thanks.

I seen another post awhile back that someone else was needing there number cause they had ordered a pair of boots and hadn't received them and it had been like 3 months . Also someone replied they had closed , hope this helps ya .

Go to the other board and post a message for Dick Whitmore, he promotes their products and sure he can put you in contact with them.

I bought a brand new belt light and LED head package from them last year. Paid about $400 total for it. It quit working so I called them and they said to package it up and send it to them and they would fix it, but I would need to send everything, charger, light, head etc so they could see what the problem was. I sent them everything back in March and havnt heard from the since. I have tried calling, letters, emails and nothing works. They have changed their phone number. Crooks plain and simple. If anyone is interested in a class action law suit against them, I am definitely interested as I am sure there are many others in the same boat.

bad deal

took me 4 months to get a pair of boots, finally had to send one of my trucks right to detroit and pick them up...the very worst experience that i have ever had with a company of this sort...

It's a shame they have such terrible customer service, because they really do make some good products. I ordered a pair of waders and a brush shirt a few years back, and both were top quality. However, their shipping time was terrible. I then ordered a vest from them. They were supposed to get it made and shipped to me, but never did. Each time I would contact them about it, it was always a different story about why I hadn't got it. I never got the vest, but they finally did return my money, thankfully.

I have an LED 8-volt little box light that I need repaired and have tried calling numerous times but could not reach them either. It is just an extra light to throw in the truck but none the less if it doesn't work it's no good to me. Wish they would answer.

Johnboy I would definitely not send them your light to be repaired. I sent them mine to be fixed and they kept it.

Ordered a pair of boots and they said it would be ten days max.two months later and hundred calls and emails later finally got them. They are good boots but not worth it. Don't deal with them unless u want to wait months for your stuff.
