Just bought a hound off of a local. He had already had the back of the papers filled out but never sent them in. Now that I own her I have no place to fill out my information on the back of the ukc registration. What do I need to do?

You need to fill out another form, called Affidavit. You fill out the Affidavit and send it in to us, along with the papers. The Affidavit can be printed out from our website.

Oh ok that sounds easy enough. Where can I find the affidavit? Which section of tge website?

From our homepage click on Registration. Then look for a box on the right-hand side of your screen. The box will be titled "Most Requested Forms". The Affidavit is form number 2 in this box.

So I fill tge afidavit out with my information. Name address name of the dog etc. And send it with the ukc papers that are already filled out in previous owners name which was never sent In. Then ill get new ukc papers back with the dog in my name?

One more question. What address do I mail all this too? The address that's on tge bottom left of the ukc papers? And how long will it take for me to recieve the papers back? Just curious is all.

Send it to our address, which is the 100 E. Kilgore Rd address. We normally say to allow 7-10 business days, from the time we receive the papers, to get them processed and back in the mail to you.
