What are you worming the puppies with? The pups are probably having some form of chemical reaction
none
Do both litters have the same sire

Did you give them any vaccines yet? and have you sprayed or sprayed them with any flea killer?
Also there are many things such as disease that can show up with seizures, I would take them to a vet for a checkup before it progresses.
What kind of bedding did they start before worming or after how many days ? What kind of feed

i would have to agree with gayle my grandson raises rabbits and during summer months he uses pine shavings in there nesting boxes as the young stay cooler and he changes bedding every three days to avoid fly maggotts well they ran out of pine and he bought cedar within two hours of using cedar all four litters he had were dead with blood coming out there noses and two of the does had seizures as soon as he took cedar away the two does were better
the manufactorers of baled bedding extract the oils from cedar and use these oils to make other products and some of the cedar bedding doesn't have any of these oils removed i have seen adult dogs get raw spots from these oils burning there skin
alot of people use cedar because it smells good and makes the dogs smell good but when they use some without most of the oils removed they will have problems

Thanks guys,no more cedar for me.

seizures
Could be genetic
BUT - NEVER use cedar bedding for ANY of your dogs
Vaccines can cause seizures
Exposure to sprays/chemicals can cause seizures. Mouldy food also.
I experienced 3 pups in a litter several years ago with seizures - my Vet couldn't say WHAT caused it, but because only 3 out of 8 were affected, he said it COULD be genetic. I had never had that problem before & the litter was by a sire I hadn't used before (from another kennel) so I didn't use him again. The rest of the litter has been perfectly normal in all respects.
