jackin the tree

My dog Bristal when she trees she has a bad habit of jackin the tree. How can I stop this without tying her back. I'm afraid she's goin to hurt herself or if huntin with another dog may hurt the other dog. thanks for any advice .... Nathan

Some of my hounds and some of my Curs jack the tree some. There really is not way to stop it without taking a serious chance of ruining the dog. No, I don't like it either. But, as the other fellow said, be glad the dog is at the tree.

you can stop it with an e collar have to be carefull and persistant with it, i have stoped several from it! when it jumps have your shocker ready on the lowest setting. as soon as it feet hits the ground hit the button. I repeat use the lowest setting on your shocker you only want to make it unpleasant !
